Registered Behavior Technician NEEDED

ProCare Therapy is searching for a highly qualified Registered Behavior Technician in San Bernardino, CA that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts. Job Details: 

• Full Time
• Openings M-F 32.5-35 hrs/week
• K-12 Caseload
• Gathering more details and additional details upon interview

As an RBT at ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to:
 

• Implement ABA interventions & teach replacement behaviors.
• Collect data, monitor progress, & adjust programs.
• Support skill development in communication, social, daily living, & academics.
• Collaborate with teachers & BCBA to optimize student success.
• Stay up-to-date on ABA & maintain ethical conduct.

Interview Process:

• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Requirements:

• RBT Certification
• School Experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
